Examples of such adaptations may include:

Scaling the logo to fit on an NFC tag, ensuring it remains visible and recognizable at the required dimensions.

Expanding the NFC tag's area to include the NFC logo, to prevent any confusion with similar-looking stickers.

Theme-specific modifications of the logo for specific events or trade shows, ensuring that it aligns with the event’s overall aesthetic and themes.

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") such as:

- name

- logo

is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (hereinafter: Google).

Through certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield ( https://www.privacyshield.gov) Google guarantees that it will follow the EU’s data protection regulations when processing data in the United States.

The Google Analytics service is used to analyze how our website is used. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our site.

Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, place, time, or frequency of your visits to our website will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function, whereby Google truncates the IP address within the EU or the EEA before it is transmitted to the US.

The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of visits to our website and what visitors do once there This data can also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and of the internet in general.

This add-on can be installed on the most popular browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on informs Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics.

However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use as detailed herein.

Meta conversion ads

We use the Meta-pixel of Meta Platforms Inc, One Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. For this purpose, there is a code snippet on our website that Meta can use to track which subpages you call up on our website, provided that you have come to our site via a Meta advertisement. For example, if you register for our service or one of our webinars, Meta registers this via a cookie and can assign your action to your Meta account. Meta then deletes the data it has collected. Your data is not visible to us.

This data matching enables us to display Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) only to users for whom our service is relevant.

You can change Meta’s ad settings after logging in at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Meta also processes data in the USA. As a legal basis for data processing outside the European Union, Meta uses so-called standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) and (3) GDPR).

These are templates provided by the European Commission to ensure that the transfer of data to third countries complies with European data protection standards. By using these templates, Meta ensures European data protection standards.
